Donation Requests

The Museum of Arts and Sciences (MAS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. MAS supports other Georgia-based non-profits in their fundraising efforts when possible, with particular attention paid to those located in Central Georgia. To that end, MAS has set aside a specific number of in-kind donations each year for regional non-profit fundraising events.

If approved, your organization will receive four (4) passes good for admission to MAS ($40 value). Requests for cash donations will not be considered. Due to the overwhelming volume of donation requests received by MAS, notice will only be sent to those who have been approved for donation. Please no phone calls. MAS has established a list of eligibility requirements. Meeting these conditions does not guarantee a donation.

 

Eligibility Requirements

Your organization must be a 501(c)(3) non-profit located within the state of Georgia. Donation requests must be submitted in writing on organization letterhead and must be received by the Museum at least six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled event.

A donation receipt on the organization’s letterhead must be submitted to the Museum to acknowledge the donation.

Requests made by e-mail or over the telephone will not be considered. Priority consideration will be given to educational and cultural organizations.
