STEAM Labs- Family Edition: Native Pollination (Session 2)
June 26 @ 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Native Pollination
The bees are buzzing and the flowers are blooming, but where are those bees buzzing to and what’s blooming? STEAM Lab participants will learn about pollinators, like bees, and how they keep all of our flowers blooming. Participants will also create their very own work of art as they get to know the flowers that call Georgia home. It’s fun for all members of the family!
At MAS we believe the fun of learning doesn’t stop when you grow up, so why not learn and have fun together with the whole family! “STEAM Labs: Family Edition” is specially designed for all members of the family, young and old, to learn and create together.
STEAM Labs will have a science demonstration followed by an art-filled activity you can take home to keep. All members of the family will learn and create together as these activities are designed to work at three different skill/age levels. Each level will be on display during the program so you can choose the level that best suits you!
Level 1– This level is great for small children who also want to participate in making their own creation.
Level 2– This level is ideal for teens to young children. Like all other levels, this art activity is themed around the science demonstration and is easy to create.
Level 3– This level is made for the adult and teen members of the family looking for a project that’s a little more challenging. Create a unique creation that is Pinterest ready!
Come discover, learn, and create with the whole family at “STEAM Labs: Family Edition”!
