Payment

• Full payment is due upon arrival.
• We require that one person check in and pay for the entire group and use one form of payment (i.e. all cash, one card, or one check).
• If attending multiple days, please bring payment each day or pre-pay for all groups ahead of time.
• We accept checks made payable to the Museum of Arts and Sciences, cash, Apple Pay, and all major forms of credit cards.
• The school is responsible for collecting parent payments. 
• Parents attending the field trip that are not included in your numbers and paying separately from the school must wait until the Museum opens at 10 AM, as individual transactions cannot be made before that time. Additionally, these parents may miss out on their student’s first program at 10 AM, as there is no late seating. Please ensure that attending parents are aware of this policy.
• Please note that no refunds under the amount of $25 will be issued. 
• MAS Memberships/discounts do not apply to school field trips for any attendees.
