Wild Wednesday at the MAS: Snakes
June 16, 2021 @ 11:00 pm - June 17, 2021 @ 12:00 am
Snakes – a confusing creature. Don’t miss out on learning about one of our most misunderstood creatures- snakes always get a bad reputation for one thing or another.
Spend the evening in the Peyton Anderson Orchard with MAS Raptor Program Director, Pete Griffin, and Curator of Living Collections, Sharron Cornacchione, as they talk all about snakes. Bring your blankets and chairs and join us for a live snake show along with a discussion of their natural history, and some of the myths and stories that revolve around them (we will not have to pass around any of the subjects that we will talk about either)!
This program will be held in the Edenfield Amphitheater beginning at 7:00 pm (weather permitting). The cost of admission is $10 for non-members and $5 for members. Tickets are available on Eventbrite or at the door.
