Art of Science: Through Van Gogh’s Eyes

June 17 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

The Museum of Arts and Sciences is kicking off a BRAND NEW Lecture Performance Series this summer titled “The Art of Science”!

Come learn about the Sciences through Art! You might find they rely on each other more than you thought! This series is for all ages, but is specifically for our life-long learners who want to learn something new this summer!

Join our Earth Sciences Curator, Annelies Drick, as she analyzes the nature and botany that inspired much of the art from one of the greatest post-impressionist era painters! Join as we look at what he saw and study the decisions he made! You will not want to miss this program on June 17th at 7 p.m.!

We will also have programs on Anatomy and Art, and the Sounds of Appalachia! You will not want to miss all the exciting happenings at the Museum this summer, so be sure to check us out on socials for more information!

This event is included in the Museum’s General Admission Ticket or will be $5 at the door. It is also FREE for Museum Members!
