View over 50 designer-decorated trees in our annual Tree Exhibition! The Tree Exhibition is a part of our largest annual fundraiser, the Festival of Trees, which allows us to continue to provide dynamic and accessible educational programming to the Central Georgia community and beyond! Tree Designer Applications must be submitted by October 16, 2026 to be considered for display.

Champagne pREVIew

The Champagne Preview gives attendees the exclusive opportunity to be the first to view the Festival of Trees exhibition. Enjoy this year’s exhibition of designer-decorated holiday trees. Attendees are also invited to shop for tasty delights at the Sugar Plum Shop, or find a unique gift in the White Glove Sale. The Festival of Trees Champagne Preview will be on Thursday, November 12, 2026 from noon - 2 PM!

The Festival of Trees Gala is an annual black-tie event that offers delicious food, live entertainment, and a fine art sale. The essential donations from this event support MAS and allow us to continue to provide cultural and educational opportunities in Macon. The Festival of Trees Gala will be held Friday, November 13, 2026 from 7 to 11 PM!

The Best of Macon Raffle is an annual raffle that offers participants the unique opportunity to win gift certificates to local restaurants, boutiques, and spas, as well as tickets to sporting events and stays at hotels. The raffle drawing happens at the Festival of Trees Gala, but the winner does not have to be present to accept the basket.

To ensure the quality of your Christmas tree, we recommend bringing your own. If you are using a Museum tree, please select your preferred tree size. If you are using your own tree, please select "I will use my own tree." Museum trees are assigned on a first-contract-received basis and are not guaranteed.

If you designed a three to six foot tree, you are eligible for either 3 Champagne Preview tickets or 1 Gala ticket. If you design a tree seven feet or taller, you are eligible for either 4 Champagne Preview tickets or 2 Gala tickets.

I am donating my decorations on my tree and will allow the Museum to sell them as an additional means of fundraising. This means I will not have to return to the Museum after the holidays and un-decorate the tree.
