The top floor features the Artist’s Garret, which allows visitors to create, build, engineer, and explore light and color. The Humanist’s Study, on the main level, showcases some of the Museum’s natural permanent collections and the Mini-Zoo. In the basement at the Scientist’s Workshop, visitors can communicate through whisper tubes, predict the weather, and dig for fossils in the Ziggy Dig, which is below an installation of the 40 million-year-old whale fossil.
